Each Hoʻokahi Connections mailer features only one business from each industry category. For example, there will only be one plumber, one roofer, one landscaper, and one electrician per mailer. This ensures your ad isn't competing with another business in your same category, giving you maximum exposure and exclusivity.

Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) is a USPS service that delivers your ad to every address on selected postal routes. We carefully choose routes based on homeowner percentage, household income, and neighborhood demographics. This means your ad reaches the right people — homeowners most likely to need your services — without buying or maintaining mailing lists.

Yes! Professional design is included with every campaign. Our team creates an eye-catching design that represents your brand and appeals to Hawaiʻi homeowners. You get to review and approve the artwork before it goes to print, and we'll make revisions until you're 100% satisfied.

From reservation to mailboxes, a typical campaign takes 3-4 weeks. This includes design time (3-5 business days), your review and approval, printing (5-7 business days), and USPS delivery (5-10 business days). We'll give you a clear timeline for your specific campaign and keep you updated throughout.

Since we only allow one business per industry on each mailer, spots do fill up. If your industry is taken, we'll help you find the next best community for your business or put you on the priority list for the next campaign in your preferred area. We can also discuss a Solo Mailer campaign where you get full exclusivity.

Shared mailers (Hoʻokahi Connections or Liʻi Liʻi) feature multiple businesses on a single postcard, with each business getting their own dedicated space. This is the most affordable option. Solo mailers (Kahea Hoʻokahi) feature only your business on the entire mailer — complete exclusivity with no other businesses sharing the space. Solo campaigns are priced based on the number of homes targeted.

Beyond direct mail, we offer graphic design, logo and branding services, printing (banners, flyers, business cards, yard signs, car magnets), website design, and marketing consulting. Everything a local business needs to look professional and reach more customers — all under one roof.
